Fluoro Tech Co., Ltd., through its voluntary export management, remains compliant with the international trade laws and export regulations.

Basic policy

Fluoro Tech Co., Ltd. recognizes the importance of export management for strategic resources. As such, it takes autonomous measures for such management. All employees of Fluoro Tech recognize this as their obligation and proactively carry out the following in particular, for sustainable management.

    e, the employees of Fluoro Tech, recognize that it is a corporate social responsibility to support the proper implementation of policies for the management of strategic resources, and as such, shall make efforts to share this responsibility of the company.

    We, the employees of Fluoro Tech, shall make efforts to establish the organization and operational system necessary for the autonomous management of strategic resources. All organizations of the company shall closely collaborate for the efficient and systematic operation of autonomous export management bodies.

  3. 03

    We, the employees of Fluoro Tech, shall closely cooperate with the government on policies for the export management of strategic resources, and shall not commit any acts in violation of international trade laws, including the illegal export of strategic resources.

Among the items handled by Fluoro Tech Co., Ltd., those that fall under the category of ‘strategic resources’ must obtain an “export license for strategic resources” from the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy when being sent outside of Korea. Other items may also be considered strategic resources depending on the circumstances, reach out to us for clarification if the products are scheduled to be sent outside of the country.
